A meeting was held with representatives of “Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd”
On April 27, 2026, Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology R.Yusupov, together with officials of the ministry and “Uzbek Overseas Geology Company” LLC, held a meeting with a delegation led by Abid Sheema, Executive Director of “Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd.” (HRL).
The Deputy Minister briefed the HRL delegation on the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in the mining and geology sector and the results achieved. In turn, the guests expressed interest in using Uzbekistan’s experience in developing mineral resources in Pakistan and working together in this regard.
The parties also discussed the signing of a “Roadmap” between HRL and UOGC.
