As part of the visit program a delegation from Afghanistan visited the Samarkand region. During the trip, the delegation members got acquainted with the famous historical and architectural monuments of the city.
In particular, the guests visited Registan Square, Guri Amir Mausoleum and Bibi Khanum Mosque and received detailed information about the history and cultural significance of these rare monuments. The rich historical heritage of Samarkand aroused great interest among the representatives of the delegation and left warm impressions.
