Geologists from “Uzbek Overseas Geology Company” LLC are practicing JORC Code standards.
Large-scale appraisal work is being conducted at the Sarykol tungsten deposit, located in the Nurabad district of the Samarkand region, with the participation of geologists A.Radjabov and I.Ablokulov from “Uzbek Overseas Geology Company” LLC.
As part of the project, international JORC Code standards are being practiced during surveys and geological assessments conducted through trenches and boreholes at the deposit site.
This experience will enable our geologists to apply advanced international methods for mineral reserve estimation and will lay the foundation for the effective implementation of JORC Code requirements in future projects planned for the Kundalan copper deposit and the Hesh iron ore deposit in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
